Camper Expectations

Leave No Trace: We work hard to keep our farm clean and inviting for the public and expect campers to treat our farm in the same way. Please pack out all personal trash, be respectful of the space, and do not litter or damage property.

Your Space: Campers are permitted a standard, 4-person tent size of space, similar to our 10’x10’ vendor spaces. While vans and cars are acceptable with advance notice, vehicles must arrive at the event between 10am and 10:30am on July 23rd, as we close our road down to traffic during event hours for safety reasons. RV’s and other large camping vehicles are not permitted. Tent campers are expected to plan and pack according to space and are not required to arrive early, but cannot drive their belongings down to the campsite and back. Failure to follow these directions will result in forfeiting your camper agreement.

Be Smart, Stay Safe: Our store and barns on the farm hold many important and potentially dangerous items, including chemicals and farm equipment. Refrain from going into these areas at any point during the event. Our playground is for children under adult supervision. While you and your family are encouraged to spend as much time there as you like while the sun is shining, please do not play on the playground after dark. Additionally, there is a PRIVATE pool on the property, and campers are not permitted to swim there.

Respect the Animals: Miss Angels Farm & Orchard LLC is home to several cats, dogs, ducks, peacocks, and tortoises. If you’re operating a vehicle on the property, DRIVE SLOWLY! Additionally, do not open any animal enclosures for any reason! They are in these areas for their own safety, particularly to protect them from local predators. Pets will not be allowed to join you for camping at Miss Angels Farm & Orchard LLC, so please leave them at home or make arrangements for them to be taken home before the public hours of the event have ended.

Don’t Steal: This one is easy- we grow a lot of fruits and vegetables on the farm. If you go peach-picking, load up your car with corn, or take something you like from another camper’s belongings, you will be charged for items you have stolen, asked to leave IMMEDIATELY and will be banned from Miss Angels Farm & Orchard LLC. It is unacceptable to steal from our family-run, local farm, especially during a charity event. There are cameras on the property.

Be Cool About Your Coolers: Campers are allowed to bring a cooler for their own personal food and drink AFTER general admission event hours. We ask that coolers remain in your tent or vehicle until 7pm. Additionally, we do not permit any outside alcohol at our events, including after-hours.

Be Kind: You will not be the only camper at this event, and we all have to work together to have a good time. If your neighboring campers or staff let you know you’re being too loud after-hours, quiet down. If you’re glamping, don’t let your set-up intrude into other peoples’ space. If you plan on drinking at the event prior to camping, cut yourself off before 7pm. Don’t be a creep. If you find yourself on the other end of any of these situations, let each other or staff know so that we can resolve it together.

No Drugs: We know it’s a Hippie Revival Festival, however we do not permit the use of recreational drugs at Miss Angels Farm & Orchard LLC.

When It’s Over, It’s Over: Campers who are not staying for our morning breakfast and yoga will need to leave at 10am. Those who have signed up for breakfast and/or yoga are expected to leave by noon.

Our Roost, Our Rules: We are so excited to share the beauty and joy of our farm with all campers, and we’ve detailed above our expectations so that everyone has a great time. If you choose to break these rules then you accept that the consequences of your actions are not our fault. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, theft, and removal from Miss Angels Farm & Orchard LLC. We also reserve the right to address and correct any dangerous or unsavory behavior not included above as we see fit for the safety of our guests and staff, as well as the overall enjoyment of our event.

Campers will be provided with a color-coded wristband at the gate to indicate their status as a camper rather than general admission. DO NOT lose this wristband. Internet service on the farm is spotty at best, so please screenshot details of your camping confirmation on your phone to show gate staff upon arrival just in case.

WE WILL NOT HAVE UTILITY HOOKUPS FOR RV CAMPERS!
